Emily Gamble began her schooling at the University of NC Wilmington and continued to graduate school at UNC Chapel Hill, Gillings School of Global Public Health for her Master of Science in Public Health. From there, she continued to East Carolina University and earned her Master of Health Sciences, Physician Assistant Studies. During her academic journey, she has earned the Jean G. Yates Health Public Award.

Emily is drawn to the diverse experiences and meaningful connections that come with practicing internal medicine. With joining Wake Internal Medicine, she is excited to work with a practice that provides high value care for patients and an opportunity to work in a collaborative practice. She places a strong emphasis on patient education and shared decision-making, believing these are key to empowering individuals to take an active role in their healthcare and treatment plans.

Outside of work, Emily enjoys discovering new restaurants and activities around the Triangle. She also loves spending time outdoors with her husband, son, and their dog.
