The Big Game Recipes

What are you going to serve at your Super Bowl party?

A Baked Potato Bar can be a fun and filling party food!

Just a few preparation steps:
1. Prepare your favorite chili recipe using plenty of beans and lean ground meat (turkey, beef, chicken). If you don’t have time for homemade chili, you can purchase canned chili, just make sure to pick up one that has plenty of beans to make it a bit healthier!
2. Bake a mixture of white potatoes and sweet potatoes.
3. Steam or roast broccoli chunks and corn
4. Toast chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans, etc.)
5. Cut up green onions

Potato proteins: low fat ricotta cheese, chili
Potato veggies: broccoli, corn, green onions
Potato finishing touches: salsa, guacamole, low fat shredded cheese, cinnamon, honey, toasted nuts
